Mission:

The main goal is to have efficiently working applications that support the business process in a maximum and controlled way by clear process descriptions, analyses, work instructions and proposals to improve processes.

Inventory and analyze client needs for information and information systems and prepare a functional design, within the needs of the client and the frameworks of the Information Architecture, in the form of applications and application components, optimized to the needs of the client.

• Monitor the processes and the availability of the Applications, perform and maintain configurations, as well as take the initiative for adjustments where appropriate, in line with service agreements and coordinated with the key user or system owner;

• Responsible for keeping all managed systems, interfaces and application specific settings running optimally, and in consultation with information analyst, developers and infrastructure analyze whether there are change opportunities and capacity within the application;

• Handling of Incidents, service requests, user questions, monitoring and calamitous handling;

• Effective new versions or functional changes of applications that meet the needs of the business;

• Ensure the translation of a user requirement into a functional change within the application and Implement standard change requests;

• Work with various internal (Development, technical Application Management, Infrastructure and the business) and external vendors to in order to resolve failure or apply improvement to the applications;

• Implement, describe and transfer applications or functions to the business and provide technical input on customer service projects and application selections;

• Provide documentation of functional application changes and inform the user about the change in the use of the application in accordance with the applicable documentation format, in order to be able to consult implemented changes and to make the implementation of the software on the users as good and efficient as possible;

• Identify and analyze customer needs by analyzing the incidents and structural problems in the application(s).
