Introduction
Our client is in the energy sector and is reinforcing its structure with an Assistant to CEO (m/f).
Function
This professional will be responsible for:
• Diary management including personal and business meetings, events and appointment coordination;
• Management of a high-volume travel;
• Compilation of expenses and submission;
• Replacement or renewal of government certified documents;
• Filing of all personal and business documentation;
• Facilitating and coordinating signing of documents;
• English translations;
• Coordination of a team of two (Reception) and collaboration with other company departments.
Requirements
• Degree in Assistant Management or similar;
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience (highly valued);
• Proven written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English – mandatory);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook;
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills;
• Capable of interacting with high profile clients, executives and other stakeholders;
• Multitasking star while paying attention to detail.
